We were a group of 30 people. We visited the facility on a weekend in June.
The facility is not well maintained, especially the Pool, Court, Cycles, Gardens and internal Roads.
Rooms were average as per cost.
The food was good but, they were not able to manage the food for all on time especially for lunch, It had long queue. We had to wait for nearly 1 hour for lunch.
Dinner was on time.
Although we were mostly boys we enjoyed cricket and Vollyball in the swimming pool with music.
Since we visited during the initial monsoon phase we had an uninvited guest Scorpio in early morning hours on Sunday inside our dormitory.
The Scorpio did bite one of our team member early in the morning, the owner accompanied us to visit the nearby Government hospital where the friend was treated. He was in good shape later that day.
Except for the food delay and Scorpio part we enjoyed a lot.

The property in general is beautiful , and we had a good time as the ambience was great. It is quite a task to get to the place as the road is very poor on the way there. If you plan to visit in the monsoon, be prepared for an uncomfortable and bumpy ride. A pick up-drop facility would prove to be convenient as the place is remote. Plus point - excellent food! The taste was great with nice variety. However, there are a lot of flies in the buffet area, so something should be done to improve that. You can't sit, relax and eat as you have to keep shoo-ing the flies away. 2 buffet counters would also be suitable as you have to stand in a queue for quite a while to get food when there's a rush. There is no intercom facility as well, we weren't provided with any room service which was really inconvenient as it was raining heavily outside.
All in all, the experience was a good one, but it could have been so much better! The rooms were very comfortable and quaint, well equipped with vanity and an AC.

Service is really good. It's a bit of a task to get here as the local roads are not that great, but the place is really good. Loads of possible activities. Surely you'll love it here if you come up with huge groups! The only thing which was not that great is the food / snacks. It's not quite unlimited but the staff is friendly enough to cook as per your needs as well.
The best part is the cricket ground which is amazing when you have around 10-15 players to play with. A real ground experience with a perfect pitch to play on. Also the indoor room was great. Avoid going in summer as the new cottages take time to cool, the rainy season is going to be a perfect time to visit here.
Rest all, it's a 4.5/5 pick for a one day trip or a weekend trip !

We had a great time at your resort. The location is perfect. It was well maintained, spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, specially your manager Mr. Dipankar Nag. The service Mr. Nag provided with the help of his staff was exceptional. The food was the highlight, really tasty. They catered for kids separately which was of great help.! I would definitely be going back when I am in India next.! Keep it up.
