• Our regular check in is at 12:00 noon and Check out is at 10:00 am.
• Paid excess stay possible subject to availability.
• Late Check-ins doesn't qualify for late check-outs.
• The room tariff mentioned above are inclusive of, Lunch, hi tea, Dinner and Breakfast.
• Outside Food & Soft Bexverages are not allowed in our premises. They can be purchased from us.
• Children to use all activities, specially Swimming Pool strictly under parental supervision.
• Swimming pool opposite Pinewood Chalets is a silent zone. No speakers allowed in that zone.
• Reservations not canceled 10 working days before arrival will attract 30% cancellation charge of total stay cost.
• Reservations canceled before 10 working days of arrival will either be refunded to the Guest or carried forward for next booking.
• Guests are requested to pay the balance amount in full during Check in, as per Resort policy.
• Resort accepts payments on Paytm, Credit/Debit Cards or cash. No personal cheques accepted.
• The Resort levies full charge for 7 years and above children. For children between 5 to 7 years the charge is 50%.
• For children below 5 years, there is no charge.
• A proof of birth certificate will have to be produced in case of children below 7 years, to claim free /partial discount for stay of such children.
