By Car from Mumbai

Take the Western Express Highway (NH-48) heading north. Continue past Manor towards Palghar East. Follow signs to Navli-Kamare Road and look for the Gulab Pada turn-off. The resort is clearly marked. Free parking on-site.

By Train from Mumbai

Board any Western Railway train heading towards Virar, Dahanu Road, or Surat. Get off at Palghar Station. From the station, take an auto-rickshaw or taxi it is 15 to 20 minutes to the resort. We can also arrange a pickup if you inform us in advance.

By Car from Pune

Take the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, then join the Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway heading north. Stay on the Western Express Highway through Thane and continue to Palghar. From Palghar station, it is 15 to 20 minutes to the resort.

By Bus from Mumbai

MSRTC and private buses run regularly from Borivali and Dahisar towards Palghar. Get off at Palghar Bus Stand. Local autos and taxis are easy to find from there to reach the resort.

What is the fastest way to get a booking confirmed?

The fastest way is to WhatsApp us on +91 87795 87065. Tell us your dates, how many guests you have, and which cottage you are looking at. We will confirm availability immediately and tell you the next steps for the advance payment. Most bookings are confirmed within 2 to 3 hours of first contact.
How much advance payment is needed to confirm a booking?

50% of the total tariff is needed as advance to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 3 days before your check-in date. All tariffs shown are before 12% GST, which is added on top.
Can you arrange a pickup from Palghar Railway Station?
+
Yes. If you let us know your train details in advance, we can arrange a pickup from Palghar Station. Please inform us at least 24 hours before your arrival. The resort is about 15 to 20 minutes from the station by auto or taxi.
What if I need to cancel my booking?

Any cancellation made within 10 days of the check-in date will attract a 100% deduction the full advance amount is forfeited. For cancellations made more than 10 days before check-in, please contact us directly on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help. Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Is food included in the room tariff?

Yes all meals are included in the tariff for overnight stays. You get: Lunch, Evening Tea with Snacks, BBQ before Dinner, Dinner, and Breakfast the next morning. All of these are unlimited. Welcome drinks are also served on arrival. For the One Day Picnic package, Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Tea with Snacks are included.
Can we bring our pet along?

Yes, we have pet-friendly rooms. If you are planning to bring a pet, please let us know at the time of booking so we can assign a suitable cottage. There is plenty of open ground for pets to move around freely.
We have children in the group. Is there a separate charge for them?

Children 7 years and above are charged as full paying guests. Children 6 years and below have separate child rates meals and all resort activities are included in those rates. Children 6 years and below share their parents' bed. Specific child rates vary by cottage type and package please check the Rooms page or ask us on WhatsApp.
What ID is needed at check-in?

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all adult guests. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, and PAN Card.
What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in begins at 9:00 AM on Day 1. Check-out is at 5:30 PM on Day 2 for a 1-night stay. For the One Day Picnic, arrival is at 9:00 AM and departure is at 5:30 PM on the same day. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability and attract additional charges please enquire in advance.
Can we book the resort for a wedding or large event?

Yes. Kamare Valley can accommodate weddings, receptions, sangeet functions, and large events. We have a lawn that can seat up to 400 guests and up to 600 in a floating arrangement. For event bookings, please contact us directly on WhatsApp or call us these are handled individually based on your requirements and dates.
